Cheltenham is a 45-minute drive away from the Park, and is excellent for exploring as it offers something for everyone – no matter what your age or tastes! You can visit the Boating Lake in Pittville Park, paint your own pottery or take a relaxing stroll through its beautiful Parks and Gardens.

The town centre is also fabulous for retail therapy with a huge choice for shopping, and great for evening entertainment with it’s vibrant, bustling nightlife, and of course, not forgetting the famous Cheltenham Racecourse! The beautiful University City of Oxford is just 30 minutes away by car, and is by far one of the most popular days out amongst our guests. With deep-seeded history and culture, there is so much to see and do that you’ll want to make a whole day out of it! There’s shopping, museums, architecture and of course the world-famous University. There are plenty of places to eat and drink and lots of bustling activity throughout the city.

If you prefer to discover the more peaceful areas, you can visit University Park, the Botanic Gardens or venture further afield to the many meadows in the surrounding areas.
